BEIJING, March 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. ("Xinyuan" or "the Company") (NYSE: XIN), an NYSE-listed real estate developer and property manager, today announced that it has paid in full upon maturity its issued and outstanding 7.75% Senior Notes (ISIN Code: XS1567240418) (the "Notes") on February 28, 2021 (the "Maturity Date"). The Notes had an aggregate principal amount of US$204.8 million outstanding as at the Maturity Date.

The Company paid the principal amount of the Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest. From and after the Maturity Date, the Notes will cease to be outstanding.

A notice regarding the redemption in full of the Notes on February 28, 2021 has been given to holders of the Notes and filed with the Singapore Exchange. Holders of the Notes should contact the bank or broker through which they hold a beneficial interest in the Notes for information about obtaining their payment.
