(Ticker: XALCX) declared a distribution of $2.00 per share of common stock, payable on September 28, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2023. The ex-dividend date is September 13, 2023. The previous dividend declared in May 2023 was $2.00 per share of common stock.

The Fund intends to distribute all or a portion of its net investment income to common shareholders on a quarterly basis. To permit the Fund to maintain a more stable quarterly distribution, the Fund may from time to time distribute less than the entire amount of income earned in a particular period.
