NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting today announced that it has appointed Frans Klaassen as Senior Vice President and General Manager of its global TeamMate business unit. Klaassen replaces Jim Dunham who is stepping down from the position to pursue other career interests.

This ecosystem of cloud-based and on-premise solutions provides organizations with the combined assurance they need to manage all aspects of risk identification and assessment, electronic working paper creation and management, controls framework management, and data analysis.

In his previous role, Frans Klaassen led the Canada and Research & Learning segments in the Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America business. During this time, he successfully led these organizations in delivering cutting-edge software solutions and expert online research platforms to tax & accounting professionals across North America. Frans Klaassen joined Wolters Kluwer in 2010 and held several management roles in the company’s Legal & Regulatory division in the Netherlands before moving to the Tax & Accounting division in 2017.

Prior to Wolters Kluwer, Klaassen worked in the media industry; he began his career with Procter & Gamble in the Netherlands and Germany, where he held various positions as a financial and marketing professional.
