World Quantum Growth Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”), announced today that, commencing October 1, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Company’s public offering of 20,000,000 units, completed on August 13, 2021, and the subsequent sale of additional 395,000 units in connection with the partial exercise by the underwriter of its option to purchase up to 3,000,000 units to cover over-allotments, completed on August 27, 2021, may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol “WQGA.U,” and the Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the NYSE under the symbols “WQGA” and “WQGA WS,” respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.
The units were initially offered by the Company in an underwritten offering. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
