Westport Fuel Systems has successfully refinanced a $20 million Term Loan from Export Development Canada (EDC), allowing for an extension of the maturity date to September 15, 2026, and a reduction in the interest rate to US Prime + 2.01% annually. This refinancing replaces approximately $18 million of existing debt and includes an option for an additional $2 million.
