With this announcement, Synergy will be under construction or nearing so on 300,000 SF of space in Beavercreek and Fairborn including 63,000 SF at Project Waterworks on National Road, 85,000 SF at Project Promotum on Colonel Glenn and 150,000 SF at The Meridian at The Mall at Fairfield Commons.
