The Company's stockholders have re-elected the following persons to the Company's Board of Directors for the ensuing year: Raymond Chess, Richard Dauch, Benjamin Samuels, Gerald Budde, Harry DeMott, Jacqueline Dedo, Pamela Mader and Michael Clark.
