(NASDAQ: VWE) (TSX: VWE.U) (TSX: VWE.WT.U) (“VWE” or the “Company”), one of the fastest growing U.S. wine producers with an industry leading direct-to-customer platform, today announced that the Company is rescheduling its fourth quarter and fiscal yearend earnings release and conference call that was previously planned for Wednesday, September 22, 2021. The release of audited financial results is now planned for aftermarket on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. The Company will host a teleconference call and webcast on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 10:00 am ET/7:00 am PT.
