Verisign Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2022 Results
VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN) reported financial results for Q4 and full year 2022, with Q4 revenue at $369 million, up 8.5% from Q4 2021. Operating margin improved to 66.5%. However, net income fell to $179 million or $1.70 per diluted share, down from $330 million or $2.97 in Q4 2021 due to a prior tax benefit. For the full year, revenue reached $1.42 billion (up 7.3%), with net income at $674 million or $6.24 per diluted share, compared to $785 million or $7.00 in 2021.
