(NYSE: VPG), a leader in precision measurement and sensing technologies, today announced it acquired Nokra Optische Prueftechnik & Automation GmbH (Nokra), a Germany-based, privately held maker of precision measuring and testing equipment for manufacturing. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
