(“Vital Farms”), a Certified B Corporation that offers a range of ethically produced pasture-raised foods nationwide, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,812,500 shares of its common stock at a price of $22.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 31, 2020 under the ticker symbol “VITL.” The offering is expected to close on August 4, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Vital Farms is offering 5,040,323 shares of common stock and the selling stockholders named in the prospectus are offering 4,263,654 shares of common stock. Certain of the selling stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,395,596 shares of common stock. Vital Farms will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
