(Nasdaq: VITL), a Certified B Corporation that offers a range of ethically produced pasture-raised foods nationwide, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 10,699,573 shares of its common stock. The offering consisted of 5,040,323 shares of common stock issued and sold by the Company and 5,659,250 shares of common stock sold by the selling stockholders named in the prospectus, including 1,395,596 shares sold by certain of such selling stockholders pursuant to the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares of common stock, at a public offering price of $22.00 per share. Vital Farms’ common stock is listed on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the trading symbol "VITL."
