This new facility will enable radio manufacturers to test Open Radio Units (O-RUs) for conformance, performance, security, and interoperability, essential for the NTIA Public Wireless Supply Chain Innovation Fund Second Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO 2).
VALOR, funded by a $21.7 million grant from the first PWSCIF Notice of Funding Opportunity, offers free access for academic institutions and NTIA co-grantees.
