The Very Good Food Company Inc. (NASDAQ: VGFC) (TSXV: VERY.V) (FSE: 0SI) ("VERY GOOD" or the "Company"), a leading plant-based food technology company, today announced the departure of Kamini Hitkari as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary to pursue other opportunities.

During this transitionary period, Ana Silva, the Company’s President, has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary on an interim basis.
