(NASDAQ: VECO) today announced that a leading manufacturer of optoelectronic components has ordered multiple Lumina^® Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) Systems for production of leading-edge photonics applications. The customer currently operates multiple Veeco MOCVD platforms, as well as other Veeco technologies.
