DALLAS, June 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Vertical Capital Income Fund (NYSE: VCIF) today announced that the Fund's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on August 27, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, at 41 South High Street, 17th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215. However, if coronavirus-related safety considerations remain at the time of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders may be held electronically. If a purely electronic Annual Meeting of Shareholders is deemed necessary, shareholders will receive a notice with meeting particulars including dial-in and video link information and instructions.
Shareholders of record of the Fund as of the close of business on July 16, 2021 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders and at any adjournment thereof. The notice of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be mailed to shareholders on or about July 26, 2021.
