Universal Technical Institute (UTI) has announced the addition of Tesla's START Collision Repair program to its Manufacturer Specific Advanced Training offerings. The 4-month program will be launched at UTI's Long Beach Campus in Spring 2025. Graduates of UTI's Collision Repair and Refinish Technology program who meet Tesla's criteria and are hired as interns will be eligible to participate.
The program builds on traditional body and paint repair training, incorporating electrical work, panel handling, and recalibration. Successful graduates will have opportunities for full-time employment at Tesla's Internal Collision Repair Centers. UTI is currently the exclusive education institution offering this Tesla program, marking their 27th MSAT program.
