Key achievements include a 22% increase in top-line sales due to cashless transactions, which now constitute 66.2% of overall sales. Other improvements include doubling the number of machines serviced per route and a 107% rise in average weekly sales. The implementation of USAT's technology has allowed Empire to adapt effectively during the COVID-19 pandemic, enhancing operational efficiency and customer engagement.
