Prior to Terex, from February 2016 through November 2021, Ms. Beck was Senior Vice President, CFO of Nova Chemicals. Prior to this, she spent 8 years with Joy Global in a variety of finance and operational-related senior leadership positions. Preceding her time at Joy Global, Ms. Beck held a variety of finance-related roles at Journal Register Company, Norwood Promotional Products, Temple-Inland and Rockwell Automation. A certified public accountant, Ms. Beck began her career with Deloitte & Touche.
