MOORESTOWN, N.J., July 20, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Inc. ("TRHC" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: TRHC), a leading healthcare technology company advancing the safe use of medications, today reported preliminary unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022 and commented on public statements made today by Indaba Capital Management, L.P. ("Indaba").

Preliminary unaudited revenue from continuing operations for the second quarter of 2022 is expected to be between $72$73 million, exceeding the prior guidance range of $66$69 million. The Company intends to report full unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2022 in early August.

Commenting on the preliminary results, Calvin H.
