Deutsche Bank AG serves as administrative agent and as a lender, together with existing lenders KeyBank National Association, TIAA, FSB, MUFG Union Bank, N.A., Hitachi Capital America Corporation and NBH Bank, and along with new lender, Customers Bank, under the Credit Facility.
