T-Mobile Announces Proposed Public Offering of Senior Notes
T-Mobile US, Inc. (TMUS) announced plans to offer up to $3.0 billion in senior notes through T-Mobile USA, Inc. The offering will consist of three tranches maturing in 2026, 2029, and 2031.
