(“Theratechnologies” or the “Company”) (TSX: TH) (NASDAQ: THTX), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative therapies, today announced that Mr. Alain Trudeau has resigned from the Board of Directors of Theratechnologies and as a member of its Audit Committee, effective immediately.

The Board has appointed Frank Holler as Chair of the Audit Committee and plans to appoint a new independent director to this committee in order to ensure compliance with securities regulation.
