Morgan, as joint lead book-running managers, with RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank as joint-bookrunners and Cowen, National Bank of Canada Financial Inc., Stephens Inc., Stifel and Wolfe Capital Markets and Advisory as co-managers.
