(NASDAQ: TCBX) (“Third Coast”), the bank holding company for Third Coast Bank, SSB, today announced the closing of the sale of 525,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with its previously announced initial public offering. Together with the 3,500,000 shares issued on November 12, 2021, Third Coast has issued a total of 4,025,000 shares of common stock in connection with its initial public offering, at a price to the public of $25.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of $100,625,000 before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.

Stephens Inc., Piper Sandler & Co. and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
