Switch, Inc. (NYSE: SWCH) announced a private offering of $600 million in 3.75% senior unsecured notes due 2028. The offering, set to close on September 17, 2020, aims to redeem $280 million of outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility and $182 million of its term loan.
