(NYSE: STWD) ("the Company") today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.48 per share of common stock for the quarters ending September 30, 2024 and December 31, 2024. The third quarter dividend is payable on October 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2024 and the fourth quarter dividend is payable on January 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2024.
