(TSX-V:SRA) ("Stria" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update to the proposed purchase of the Romer Property (the "Property") from Braille Energy Systems Inc. ("Braille") previously announced in news releases dated March 4, 2022 and April 5, 2022 (the "Proposed Transaction").

Stria executed the definitive acquisition agreement with Braille on April 6, 2022. Terms of the executed agreement may be found in the news releases dated March 4 and April 5, 2022.
