Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) reported robust third-quarter results, with revenue reaching $185 million, a 39% year-on-year increase and a 9% sequential rise. The company completed the divestiture of its Infrastructure and Automotive business to Skyworks Solutions (NASDAQ: SWKS) for $2.75 billion. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share stood at $0.34, while GAAP diluted loss per share was $(0.45).
