Mr. Fulton has over 15 years of experience with mine development and was most recently the VP of Project Development with NorZinc at the Prairie Creek Zinc, Lead, Silver Mine in the Northwest Territories, Canada. Prior to NorZinc, Scott worked for consultancies Wood, Hatch, and Hemmera.
