(NYSE: SF) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on shares of its common stock of $0.30 per share, payable December 15, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2022.

The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend on the outstanding shares of its 6.25% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B (the “Series B Preferred Stock”), 6.125% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C (the “Series C Preferred Stock”), and 4.50% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series D (the “Series D Preferred Stock”). The declared cash dividend on the Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock, and Series D Preferred Stock is for the period from September 15, 2022, up to, but excluding, December 15, 2022.
