(“Voltus”), the leading software technology platform monetizing distributed energy resources (DERs), enabling global electricity grids to decentralize, decarbonize, and digitize, delivering less expensive, more reliable, and cleaner power, announced that Broadscale filed a registration statement on Form S-4 (the “Registration Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on January 21, 2022.
The Registration Statement contains a preliminary proxy statement/consent solicitation statement/prospectus in connection with the previously announced merger between Voltus and Broadscale.
