Jackson Acquisition Company (NYSE: RJAC.U) announces that starting January 31, 2022, holders of its Units can opt to separately trade shares of Class A common stock and redeemable warrants. Jackson Acquisition Company (NYSE: RJAC.U) (the “Company”) today announced that, commencing January 31, 2022, holders of the units (the “Units”) sold in the Company’s initial public offering completed on December 13, 2021 may elect to separately trade the shares of the Company’s Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Class A Common Stock”), and the Company’s redeemable warrants included in the Units. Each Unit consists of one share of Class A Common Stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A Common Stock at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the Units and only whole warrants will trade. The shares of Class A Common Stock and whole warrants that are separated will trade on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) under the symbols “RJAC” and “RJAC.WS,” respectively. Those Units not separated will continue to trade on the NYSE under the symbol “RJAC.U.” Holders of the Units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the Units into shares of Class A Common Stock and warrants.
