Regions Financial Corporation has partnered with Guild to offer tuition-free education for associates, enhancing career development options from day one of employment. This initiative supports completion of associates and undergraduate degrees, along with college prep courses at over 15 educational institutions. The program also provides reimbursement for necessary educational supplies and coaching resources to assist associates. This reflects Regions' commitment to a strong workforce and reinforces its recognition as an employer of choice.

Tuition-Free Education
Regions associates may complete associates and undergraduate degrees as well as college prep courses tuition free:
- Associates can attend classes at more than 15 schools, colleges and universities, choosing from over 70+ degree programs in high-growth areas like business administration, business management, business leadership, data analytics, software engineering, and more.

Academic institutions include two HBCUs –
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University andPaul Quinn College – along withLouisiana State University ,Ohio University ,Purdue University Global ,Southern New Hampshire University ,University of Maryland Global Campus ,University of Massachusetts Global , and more. - Additionally, the benefit will expand to include short-form certificates in business, software development, and data analytics early next year.
Regions will reimburse associates for required out-of-pocket education expenses, such as required textbooks and course fees, for programs within the Guild learning marketplace.
Coaching and Learning Resources
As part of the program, Guild’s trained education and career coaches are available to associates by phone or chat to provide support choosing a program, completing an application, and staying successful in school.
