CHICAGO, Dec. 10, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance, Inc. (“Chicago Atlantic”), a commercial real estate finance company, announced today that it has closed its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share.   At the closing, Chicago Atlantic received total gross proceeds of approximately $100 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. Chicago Atlantic’s common stock is listed on The NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “REFI” and began trading on December 8, 2021. Chicago Atlantic has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 937,500 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.

JMP Securities LLC, Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for this offering. Lake Street Capital Markets LLC and East West Markets, LLC acted as co-managers for this offering.
