The permit, granted by the Nevada Division of Water Resources, allows Ridgeline to utilize up to 150 acre-feet of groundwater annually. This development supports future exploration activities under the company's pending Plan of Operations exploration permit. The water right allows for the drilling of, and subsequent beneficial use of up to 150 acre-feet annually of groundwater at Selena and will support all future exploration work outlined in the Company's pending Plan of Operations exploration permit.
