Second Quarter 2022 Financial Highlights

  • Revenue: Total revenue for the second quarter of 2022 was $69.3 million, down 44% from the second quarter of 2021. Within total revenue, Promotions revenue was $42.6 million, down 28% from the second quarter of 2021, and Media revenue was $26.6 million, down 59% from the second quarter of 2021.

Quotient reports its financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States (GAAP) and the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). To supplement its financial statements presented in accordance with GAAP, Quotient provides investors in this press release with non-GAAP Gross Profit, non-GAAP Gross Margin, Adjusted EBITDA, Adjusted EBITDA margin and non-GAAP Operating Expenses, each a non-GAAP financial measure.
