Progress (NASDAQ: PRGS) reported strong Q3 2021 results, with revenue of $147.4 million, up 34% year-over-year, and non-GAAP revenue reaching $152.6 million, reflecting a 38% increase. Diluted earnings per share rose to $0.70 from $0.53, marking a 32% growth. The company also signed an agreement to acquire Kemp for $258 million. Third Quarter 2021 Highlights:

$152.6 million increased38% on an actual currency basis, and36% on a constant currency basis. - Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) of
