ALTAVISTA, Va., May 12, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation (“Pinnacle” or the “Company”) (OTCQX: PPBN), the one-bank holding company for First National Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.14 per share on May 10, 2022, payable June 3, 2022, to shareholders of record as of May 20, 2022.

The $0.14 per share cash dividend is equal to the dividend paid last quarter and marks the thirty-ninth consecutive quarter a dividend has been declared.
