POET Technologies Announces Amendment of Warrant Terms
POET Technologies has amended the terms of 1,764,720 common share purchase warrants issued during a February 2021 private placement. The warrants are now exercisable at a price of C$4.25 until May 11, 2023. If the common shares close at or above C$4.89 for 10 consecutive trading days, the expiry date may be accelerated by 30 days. All other conditions remain unchanged. This amendment follows a previous news release from December 2022.
