Pool Safe Announces Appointment of Successor Auditor
Pool Safe Inc. (TSXV: POOL) has appointed DNTW Toronto LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as its new independent auditor. This follows the resignation of Wasserman Ramsay, the Former Auditor, due to the retirement of Mr. Kevin Ramsay, the principal of the Former Auditor, as announced on September 16, 2024.
The appointment of the Successor Auditor has been approved by the Company's board of directors and will be presented for ratification at the next shareholders' meeting. The Company has prepared a reporting package, including the Notice of Change of Auditor and required letters from both the Former and Successor Auditors, in accordance with Section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations. This package is available on the Company's SEDAR+ profile.
