D’Elia brings over 25 years of experience in financial leadership and strategic planning across multiple industries, including 24 years at Bed Bath & Beyond where she served in senior leadership roles across finance for two decades, and served as CFO from 2018 to 2020. Most recently D’Elia served as CFO at Odeko, a privately held all-in-one operations partner for independent coffee shops, cafes and other shops. As CFO at PetMeds, D’Elia will oversee the Company’s entire finance organization and report directly to President and CEO Sandra Campos.
