Payoneer Announces Second Quarter 2021 Financial Results
Payoneer Global Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYO) reported a 42% revenue increase in Q2 2021, reaching $110.9 million compared to $78.4 million in Q2 2020. Transaction volume rose by 29% to $13.6 billion. The company's Take Rate improved to 82 basis points, and transaction costs decreased to 26% of revenue. Despite a net loss of $12.4 million, the company raised its 2021 revenue guidance to a growth of 28%-30%, up from 25%. Positive adjusted EBITDA is expected for the full year.
