New Study Finds Majority of Global Office Workers Crushed by Repetitive Tasks, Stifled From Pursuing More Fulfilling Work
UiPath (NYSE: PATH) released findings from its 2021 Office Worker Survey, revealing that 67% of office workers feel they perform repetitive tasks. On average, they waste 4.5 hours weekly on activities believed to be automatable. Furthermore, 59% of global workers, including 70% of U.S. respondents, feel they can't efficiently help customers due to these tasks. Notably, 40% of respondents reported increased investments in automation software in 2021, while 91% of those who received automation training believed it improved their job performance.
