LOS ANGELES, Oct. 03, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PacWest Bancorp (Nasdaq: PACW) (the “Company”) has announced that its subsidiary, Pacific Western Bank, completed a credit-linked notes transaction.
