(NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (the “Company” or “GAP”) announces that today it has made a capital reduction payment of Ps. 3.8230950615 per outstanding share representing the Company’s shareholder equity, to the institution S.D. INDEVAL, S.A. de C.V. for distribution to shareholders, according to the record date of May 27, 2021. This capital reduction payment corresponds to the thirty such payment.
The capital reduction payment was approved at the General Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 27, 2021.
