Osmotica Pharmaceuticals has announced a definitive agreement with Alora Pharmaceuticals for the acquisition of its legacy products and manufacturing operations in Marietta, Georgia, for up to $170 million. The deal includes an upfront cash payment of $110 million and potential milestone payments of $60 million. Osmotica will retain its ophthalmology and aesthetics business, including its flagship product UPNEEQ, and arbaclofen ER tablets for MS spasticity.
