(OTCQB:OPXS), a leading manufacturer of precision optical sighting systems for domestic and worldwide military and commercial applications, announced today it has been awarded a $1.75 million order as part of our continuing support to the M1 Abrams Tank Program. The products will be manufactured at the Applied Optics Center (AOC) Division of Optex Systems, Inc.

Bill Bates, GM, AOC stated "We look forward to continuing our support of the M1 Tank Program which was initiated in the late 1980's. AOC remains the primary source to the vehicle's prime contractor for several key optical components. With the M1 continuing its position as the chosen Main Battle Tank for U.S. Armed Forces, AOC expects to see future requirements for these same optics."
