Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O) reported robust Q3 2022 results, with net income of $219.6 million, or $0.36 per share. Normalized FFO per share rose 9.0% to $0.97, while AFFO per share increased 7.7% to $0.98. The company invested $1.87 billion across 375 properties, maintaining a strong occupancy rate of 98.9%.
