The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, beginning at 10:00 a.m.  Central Time. Due to the continuing public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Annual Meeting will be held exclusively through a virtual format. Stockholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person, however stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 4, 2022 will be able to vote and ask questions during the Annual Meeting through the online platform.
